Services overview
1. Initial contact
Share details about your child’s abilities, behaviours, needs, and location. A video call will be scheduled to discuss further details and explore available options.
2. Tutor recruitment
ABA tutors are employed directly by parents. Assistance with recruitment can be provided upon request.
3. Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation of skills, as well as inappropriate and excessive behaviours, using VB-MAPP and Vineland. The assessment process takes approximately three hours.
4. Training
Training sessions involve both parents and tutors. An introduction to the ABA program covers key strategies, training, and target areas, including:
Behaviour interventions
Communication & language development
Social & play skills
Academic skills
Motor skills
Daily independent living skills
5. Regular workshops
Workshops are conducted to review progress, adjust targets, introduce new goals, and refine behaviour management strategies. Sessions can be held remotely or in person, depending on location.
6. Reports
Documentation includes meeting minutes and detailed reports:
Assessment Reports – Provide a full evaluation of the learner’s skills, behaviours, and program recommendations.
Target Updates – Include progress tracking, supplementary resources, and behaviour plans following regular team meetings.
Progress Reports – Offer a combined overview of progress over time.
